- ~ Full Audiometric evaluation in a large certified sound room
- ~ Sound Field Play Audiometry and VRA testing for children

Special Audiometric Services:
- ~ ABR: Auditory Brainstem Audiometry for threshold testing and Acoustic
Neuroma screening
- ~ ASSR: Auditory Steady State Response for infant hearing testing &
multi-frequency ABR threshold evaluation in all ages.
- ~ ECoG: ElectoCochleagraphy, an evoked potential test for evaluation of
cochlea in Meniere’s disease and other states.
- ~ OAE: Otoacoustic Emission Studies, infant screening and full Emission
studies using TE and DP testing
- ~ ENoG: Electroneuronagraphy for evaluation of facial nerve palsy.
- ~ Intra-operative Cranial nerve monitoring of hearing nerve, facial nerve,
and multiple somatosensory nerves by a highly trained Neurophysiology Team.
Balance Disorder Services:
- ~ VNG: computerized, 4-channel, Infrared Video Nystagmography for evaluation
of balance disorders involving central or peripheral organs.
- ~ CRP: Canalith Repositioning Procedure, Epley & other Maneuvers for
treatment of Benign paroxysmal positional vertigo (BPPV) are provided in our
office.
Conscious Sedation Services:
- ~ Pediatric hearing testing (ABR, ASSR and OAE) is often difficult without
sedation, so these tests are available in our office with oral sedation and
monitoring if needed
- ~ Video-Microscopic Ear procedures, such as Myringtomy and Tube and Foreign
Body removals are done under sterile conditions using oral sedation &
local anesthesia.
- ~ Cardiac Monitoring, Pulse Oximetry, continuous Blood Pressure monitoring,
intravenous fluids and supplemental Oxygen and Recovery is available.
- ~ Fiberoptic office Adult & Pediatric Endoscopy: Nasopharyngoscopy,
Laryngoscopy and sinus Endoscopy is available with or without sedation.

- ~ Regular & Programmable Analog Aids
- ~ Fully Digital, Programmable Aids
- ~ Implantable Hearing Aids: SoundTec Device for ages 18 and older. Dr.
Sajjadi was one of four original principal investigators to get FDA Approval
for this device.
- ~ B.A.H.A. (Bone Anchored Hearing Aid) for patients unable to use regular
aids, and for Single Sided Deafness, available for ages one year and older.
- ~ Cochlear Implants: Nucleus, 24-channel Contour device is available for
implantation in patients one year of age or older. We have been providing
Cochlear Implants for the profoundly deaf since 1986.
